Every First and Third Wednesday of the month all MPF sections open at 9:00 a.m.
Every Third Thursday of the month all MPF sections will be closed for

Tuesday & Thursday are appointment only & emergencies (i.e. Lost CAC
& CAC unblocks)
If you are more than 20 minuets late to your scheduled appointment it will be force cancelled and you will have to reschedule.

The Military Personnel Flight (MPF) serves Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and Retired personnel across the installation through our Customer Service, Force Management, and Career Development elements. We support all Airmen by assisting them in managing their military careers, and ensuring eligibility of entitlements.
The ID cards require a signed 1172-2. The preferred method is by following the steps on the application form through milconnect.
ONLY IF you are unable to digitally sign that version, you can fill out one of the below 1172-2’s. It must be signed by the sponsor and witnessed by a notary public.
