The Offutt Field House is the largest fitness center in the DoD at 220K sq ft. The facility offers a fitness swimming pool, coed saunas, four racquetball, two basketball, two volleyball and three tennis courts. The facility also has a regulation size soccer pitch, a .4 mile running track, Crossfit, combatives, boxing, TRX and a children's play area second to none. The Field House has the largest selection of cardio, free weight and resistance equipment in the Air Force. The center also offers massage therapist, personal trainers, Crossfit trainers, Zumba, yoga, spinning and a huge variety of aerobics classes including water aerobics. The Field House offers numerous special events throughout the year including Fun Runs, 1/2 marathons, triathlons, aerobics, spin, and Zumba-thons, incentive challenges, sports days, sports tournaments and aerobic certifications to name a few.
The Field House also offers a four-diamond softball complex, which is also utilized for intramural flag football and kickball sports.
Intramural Sports — The Offutt sports program offers basketball, softball, volleyball indoor soccer and flag football. If you are interested in participating in one of these sports, contact your unit sports representative or the intramural sports office at 294-5451 or 294-5413 at the Offutt Field House.

19 years of age and over
Unrestricted use of all FC facilities and equipment.
16 - 18 years of age
Need not be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unrestricted use of all FC facilities and equipment but are not authorized to use the After Hours Fitness Facility.
13 - 15 years of age
All cardiovascular and weight equipment, group exercise rooms: Require interactive supervision* from an adult (parent, legal guardian, qualified fitness or youth program staff member, or coach) at all times. **Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track): Parent or legal guardian must be in facility.
6 – 12 years of age
All cardiovascular and weight equipment, group exercise rooms: Access to these areas prohibited. **Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track): Requires interactive supervision from an adult at all times.
Under 6 years of age
Not allowed in facility with the exception of those facilities providing a parent/child area (PCA) for supervised play and/or those children who are supervised spectators in a sports or special event.

Fit to Fight is a free fitness class that uses high intensity exercise and nutritional awareness to help you pass your PT test with flying colors! Sign-ups for summer classes are now open! Available classes are:
Morning Class: May 15 - July 6 (Mon - Thur, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.). Register by May 12
Afternoon Class: May 22 - July 13 (Mon - Thur, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.). Register by May 19

Ever wanted to teach your own fitness class? The Field House is hosting group exercise certification classes May 6 – 7. Two different classes are offered:
Group Exercise Certification is May 6 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Cost is $299.
Potential and current fitness instructors will learn basic academic and practical application of teaching group exercise. No college, science or teaching background required. Workshop registration includes a full-day review, written exam and 2-year certification.
Rope Burn is May 7 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. This is a circuit training continuing education credit workshop. Cost is $119.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to strategically combine the cardio benefits of jumping rope, the muscular benefits of strength training, and the functional benefits of core training to create a total body circuit. Learn new movements and sequences that will keep your circuit workouts fresh, exciting and challenging! If you already have an AFAA group certification, this class will count towards three credits of your continuing education workshop.

The Field House has an after-hours fitness facility available that allows you to work out when the Field House is normally closed! Available equipment includes strength machines, cardio equipment and free weights. You must be registered to use this facility. To register, visit the front desk during regular business hours.
After Hours Rules and Regulations Letter
The Offutt Field House and Offutt Run Clinic are hosting the Top Tier Relay to see which rank tier is the fastest on Offutt! This is a three lap relay race around the Field House track with teams of three from different rank tiers. Teams will consist of Airmen, NCOs, senior NCOs, officers and civilians & dependents. The race is open to anyone with a DOD ID Card and teams can be gender-mixed. The race starts May 16 at 4 p.m. Entry fee is $5 per person. Runners will receive a t-shirt. Call 294-5413 to learn more!
The Armed Forces Triathlon is being held June 7 – 11 at Naval Base Ventura County in California. Applications are now being accepted for athletes wishing to join the Air Force Triathlon Team. Active duty, National Guard and Reservists are welcome to apply.
Applications will be accepted through April 26.

The Air Force Marathon is being held Sept. 16 at Wright-Patterson AFB! If you would like to represent your MAJCOM in the Marathon, now is your chance to apply! Runners selected for the MAJCOM team will receive uniform items and reimbursement for portions of travel, registration and lodging. 10 person teams will represent MAJCOMs; permissive TDY status is authorized. Full Marathon teams will consist of three males and one female. Half Marathon teams will consist of four males and two males.
Applications will be accepted through May 1.
