The Offutt Youth Center with over 3,000 current members offers a spacious state-of-the-art 27,000 square foot facility which houses two gymnasiums, two high tech computer labs, snack bar, and game/activity rooms for pre-teens and teens. The center is affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club, 4H, and the United Way of the Midlands. The accredited school-age program with 150 children enrolled consists of a friendship room, learning center, activity room, creation station, and nutrition center. The school-age program provides student transportation to nine local schools. The center hosts a number of teen & pre-teen dances, Outdoor Adventure Camps, and educational and specialty field trips for youth 5-18 years of age. |
