Heart Link provides new and experienced spouses valuable information about military life! Various base organizations will be on hand for presentations, activities, games and more. Continental breakfast, lunch and childcare reimbursement will be provided. The next event is Sept. 7 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Airman and Family Readiness Center in Building C. A relocation information fair for service members, dependents and civilians relocating from Offutt AFB is being held Aug. 9 from 1 – 2 p.m. at the Airman & Family Readiness Center in Bldg. C. Attending agencies include United Health Care, TMO, Rising View, Housing, Finance, Veterinary Services and MPS Outbound Assignments. Call 294-4329 to register.
The Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) is a four week course designed for all couples looking to improve their relationship. Four week programs and one day programs are available. The next four week program is October 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 3 - 5 p.m. The next one day classes are June 9 and Aug. 25 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All classes are held at the Airman & Family Readiness Center. Bundles for Babies is a workshop for service members and spouses who are expecting or have recently had a baby. Topics include financial expectations, stress management and guidance from the New Parent Support Nurse. Qualified attendees will also receive a $50 Exchange Gift Card. This workshop is workshop hosted by the Air Force Aid Society, 55th Medical Group and AFRC. All services are welcome to attend. Workshop dates are Sept. 12 and Nov. 14. Call 294-4329 to register.
